Master List of Available Scholarships
Every year, the Guidance Department receives various scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors. We have compiled a list of these scholarships for you to review. Please note that this list is in no way a complete list of what is available to you, rather opportunities that come through our office. Please see our Helpful Websites/Resources document for other great opportunities.

Common Application
Click here to be directed to the Common Application. You will use the Common Application to apply to college.

ACT
Click here to be directed to the ACT website where you will be able to register for the ACT and view your scores.

Naviance
Click here to be directed to Naviance. Naviance is a program we use for our sudents to explore post-secondary career and college opportunites. Seniors will use this program to assist in the college application process along with the Common Application.

College Board - SAT and AP Information
Click here to be directed to the College Board. Here you will be able to register for the SAT and view both SAT and AP scores.

Beacon Program - Suffolk County Community College
Shelter Island is pleased to offer college credit courses through the Beacon Program with Suffolk County Community College. This program is a great way to earn college credits while still in high school.
Students have the opportunity to earn college credits in te following classes: Chemistry, AP United States History, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and AP Biology.
